Overview

The Account Specialist role involves driving renewal and upsell sales motions for existing accounts, focusing on customer engagement and retention.

In Short

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage 200+ accounts.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience in CRM preferred.
  • Agile learner with a commitment to a schedule.
  • Resilient under stress.
  • Demonstrate determination and persistence.
