Overview

The Key Account Specialist performs a variety of account management and coordination activities to ensure all customer contracts are administered to meet customers' needs and expectations, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for selected clients.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance.
  • Identify risks regarding poor performance or client expectations.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the contract.
  • Provide liaison between personnel involved in contract performance.
  • Communicate with auditors and coordinate training.
  • Achieve client retention targets and high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for business development.
  • Achieve annual targets for new business development.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer care or administrative role (Required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and Professional Conduct policies.
