Overview

The Key Account Specialist performs a variety of account management and coordination activities to ensure all customer contracts are administered to meet customer needs and expectations, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for selected clients.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance and client-specific KPIs.
  • Identify risks related to poor performance and client expectations.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the contract, including profit maintenance.
  • Provide communication between CBE personnel and manage contract communication.
  • Achieve client retention targets and high satisfaction survey results.
  • Implement process improvements for timely issuance of certifications.
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities for existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert new business opportunities.
  • Achieve annual targets for new business development.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role (Required).
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in using various computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
