Overview

The Key Account Specialist adds value to BAPI and the Sales Team by selling BAPI’s HVAC/R Sensors using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to their needs resulting in revenue generation.

In Short

  • Make sales contacts and research customer needs.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop sales forecasts and conduct market research.
  • Deliver sales presentations and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulations.
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Participate in product development and modifications.
  • Maintain industry knowledge through workshops and publications.
  • Contribute to team efforts and special projects.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Training in Electronics, HVAC/R, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Three or more years of sales experience required.
  • Strong customer focus and positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in various forms.
