Overview

Naveris is seeking a Sales Representative for the Mid-West region to promote innovative cancer detection diagnostics, driving adoption of their flagship product, NavDx, among healthcare professionals.

In Short

  • Drive sales of NavDx, a blood-based DNA test for HPV-induced cancers.
  • Engage with medical professionals to enhance product awareness and usage.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce for effective territory management.
  • Educate customers on product value and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Manage a multi-state territory efficiently.
  • Represent the company with integrity and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Experience selling Laboratory Developed Tests to healthcare providers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience launching new LDTs and managing large territories.
  • Strong relationships with medical oncologists and other specialists.
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel domestically up to 75%.
  • Capable of performing all essential job duties with or without accommodation.
