Naveris, a commercial stage precision oncology diagnostics company, is looking for a Reimbursement Supervisor - Back End to oversee post-submission reimbursement activities and ensure accurate reimbursement across various payers.

In Short

• Supervise and train reimbursement specialists.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in reimbursement or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience supervising a reimbursement team.
• Experience with Xifin, Quadax, or Telcor preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical benefit structures.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Ability to identify process gaps and improve workflows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
