Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical coding and reimbursement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with insurance carriers and claims processes preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory billing is a plus.
