Reimbursement Supervisor - Prior Authorization - Remote

Overview

The Reimbursement Supervisor - Prior Authorization is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives.

In Short

• Supervise all work and attendance aspects of the assigned team.
• Meet regularly with the team and individual staff members.
• Approve employee timecards and time off requests.
• Perform regular audits of team members' work activities.
• Train existing and new team members on processes and policies.
• Ensure responsibilities and daily activities are performed in accordance with expected turn-around times.
• Work with internal departments and external partners.
• Suggest process improvements and collaborate with Leadership.
• Perform competency assessments.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or High school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as supervisor preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of insurance plans and billing for medical claims.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects.
• Flexibility with working hours based on operational needs.
