In Short

• Drive the adoption of NavDx, a blood-based test for HPV-induced cancers.
• Engage with medical professionals to expand clinical awareness of NavDx.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business planning.
• Educate customers on the clinical value and safety of the products.
• Manage territory (Southern California and Arizona) efficiently.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Utilize Salesforce for CRM and strategic planning.
• Able to travel domestically up to 75%.
• Must live in Southern California.
• Compliance with HIPAA and company policies required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in a start-up environment.
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests to healthcare providers.
• Successful track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in complex sales processes and methodologies.
• Strong relationships with key academic centers.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Capable of performing all essential job duties with or without accommodation.
