Overview

This position will work as the outside sales representative to best serve the needs of the dealers in their territory. The Field Market Manager would frequently serve as a combination of a salesperson, customer service representative, technical specialist, and financial advisor.

In Short

  • Develop a sales territory strategy considering market and consumer insights.
  • Act as the principal sales representative in the territory.
  • Maintain sales volume and product mix by staying updated on market trends.
  • Gather market input and feedback for strategic calibration.
  • Utilize communication tools to provide excellent service to dealers.
  • Collaborate with product, promotions, and supply chain teams.
  • Travel for dealer visits and key events.
  • Manage Point of Purchase (POP) programs with accounts.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in product forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English; SAP proficiency preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and analytical skills in a sales environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and work collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and capable of problem-solving in a busy environment.
