Requirements

• 4+ years in reimbursement or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience leading a billing or insurance team.
• Experience with Xifin, Quadax, or Telcor preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical benefit structures.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
