Overview

The Sales Strategy & Planning Manager EMEA at n8n will enable scalable, data-driven go-to-market growth by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.

  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to develop sales strategies and territory plans.
  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Support accurate forecasting and pipeline management across the EMEA region.
  • Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives for operational excellence.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and automation tools like n8n.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-scaling B2B SaaS environments.
  • Remote-first collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles.
  • Experience supporting EMEA sales teams with an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions leveraging analytics and forecasting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce (Admin level min.) and Google Sheets.
