Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy or business operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in translating complex data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a strong plus.
• Superior communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and impact.
