1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Design and facilitate end-to-end strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, quarterly OKRs and cross-functional goal alignment.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices in the goal setting process to ensure cross-functional alignment and that teams are accountable to top priorities.
• Partner closely with the executive team and senior cross-functional leaders to identify and remove roadblocks that inhibit execution of key goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain company-wide goal tracking and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and evolve planning frameworks and templates to scale alongside the company in rapid growth.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth tech companies, including background in strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or management consulting.
• Operationally excellent, able to manage a large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat.
• A collaborator that proactively partners across teams while holding them accountable for results.
• Extremely detail oriented and loves building systems that scale.
• Seeks an environment that fosters individual growth through open-feedback and high-autonomy.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
