Overview

Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Planning professional to join the Sales Operations team, responsible for driving annual and ongoing planning for Sales and designing reporting for Sales leadership.

In Short

  • Own the Sales Operating Plan in partnership with Finance.
  • Drive Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Develop and Maintain the Sales Forecast.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Drive Growth.
  • Lead Quarterly Quota Setting.
  • Drive Mission-Critical Initiatives.
  • Be a Strategic Thought Partner for Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Planning, or Business Operations.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Sigma preferred.
