Senior Manager Customer Strategy & Planning - Remote

Overview

The Sr Manager of Strategy & Planning will lead Trade Strategy + Forecasting for Perfect Snacks to drive the overall Revenue Growth Management strategy and execution.

In Short

• Develop and manage the strategy and communication of official merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Facilitate Trade Planning Software training with the sales team.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to corporate finance and sales.
• Establish and track against Trade Planning Software plan accuracy.
• Manage and develop Trade Analyst and Forecasting Analyst/Manager.
• Create post promotion ROI analysis tied to trade management.
• Strategically manage opportunistic trade allocations across customers.
• Drive proper architecture of platforms, trade spends, and consumer value.
• Develop projects to improve forecasting and demand planning connectivity.
• Establish and track annual customer targets with input from Finance and SVP Sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and/or 6+ years of experience in sales, analytics, trade, marketing, forecasting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years previous experience with trade management software and strategy/planning.
• 2+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, retaining, and developing talent.
• Experience in CPG industry with emphasis on Planning or Supply Chain functions preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective.
• Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good oral and written skills.
• Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback.
