Senior Sales Strategy and GTM Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Sales Strategy and GTM Operations Manager, you will partner closely with senior management and operational teams across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize revenue growth and optimize the customer journey.

In Short

• Develop and implement a Global Sales Strategy with GTM team leaders
• Identify and recommend sales KPIs
• Build, maintain and analyze periodic reports and dashboards
• Create quarterly and annual business insights and trend analysis
• Drive a continuous performance and capacity management review process
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reports for Board meetings
• Act as key stakeholder in metrics governance processes
• Drive adoption and adherence to CRM hygiene
• Develop and own models to support annual planning processes
• Identify gaps and opportunities in sales performance

Requirements

• 10+ years Sales or Revenue Operations experience
• Expertise in Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Excel, and Salesforce reporting
• Exceptional leadership and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Extensive experience building complex data and financial models
• Experience with Sales tools like Gong, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator
• Experience with Anaplan, Pigment or similar planning tool
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
