General Counsel - Remote

Overview

As General Counsel at Myriad360, you are a key driver of the company’s growth, not just its legal function. You will partner closely with the executive team to shape strategy, execute mergers and acquisitions and structure high-impact deals that accelerate the business.

In Short

• Serve as primary legal advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive team
• Align legal strategy with business objectives, including M&A and expansion initiatives
• Identify and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks
• Lead legal aspects of M&A transactions from end-to-end
• Support deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and execution
• Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements
• Manage corporate governance, board matters, and compliance
• Oversee litigation, disputes, and outside counsel relationships
• Advise on employment matters and partner with HR
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership
• 10–15+ years of legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
• Strong M&A transaction experience
• Experience in technology or managed solutions environment
• Deep experience in commercial contracting
• Familiarity with compliance and employment law
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
