Overview

The General Counsel at Venus Aerospace will provide comprehensive legal counsel and support to the CEO and senior leaders, overseeing all legal and regulatory affairs while influencing organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Texas state bar.
• Minimum seven years of corporate law experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
• Broad legal knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
