The General Counsel at Pirate Ship will help develop and execute the company’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance and advising various business groups.

Requirements

• 15+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in tech or finance.
• 5+ years in senior legal roles managing teams.
• Experience with international regulations.
• Crisis management expertise.
• Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar membership.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Exceptional legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
