Overview

Givebutter is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the founding legal advisor, overseeing all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters while supporting the company's mission and business objectives.

In Short

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Texas State Bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology and pre-series C companies.
• Experience advising executive teams on legal matters.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
