Givebutter is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support our rapidly scaling, globally distributed organization, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

In Short

• Own onboarding and off-boarding for global Support team members.
• Oversee payroll coordination and compliance across EOR environments.
• Serve as primary People Team partner for the Support organization.
• Manage employee relations matters with People Leadership.
• Run performance cycles and support employees through the process.
• Translate People programs into operational processes for global teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for EOR partners across Asia and Latin America.
• Maintain consistency in policy interpretation and employee support.
• Own recruiting operations for Support roles.
• Design efficient interview processes with hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of HR experience supporting globally dispersed teams.
• Experience in high-growth operational environments.
• Comfort with multiple employment models, including EORs.
• Strong HR operations toolkit.
• Clear communication style across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• A steady presence to support teams during growth.
