Overview

The Manager of Implementation at Givebutter will lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for nonprofits using the Givebutter platform.

• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Implementation Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
• Monitor team and customer performance using data-driven insights.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer challenges.
• Contribute to strategic planning and hiring efforts.
• Act as a strategic program manager for service delivery.
• Provide thought leadership in fundraising strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 5+ years in SaaS professional services or customer success.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS tools and CRMs; HubSpot preferred.
