In Short

• Lead and manage the Implementation team.
• Oversee client implementations ensuring timely onboarding.
• Develop and optimize implementation processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute project plans.
• Analyze client business processes for effective solutions.
• Oversee data migration and integration with external systems.
• Facilitate technical connections between client environments and Rillet.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a team in ERP or accounting software implementations.
• 7-10 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance with ERP systems.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience with SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.
