Join our Field Services vertical as we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Implementation in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of Success and Onboarding and be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of our products and services.

• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies for client projects
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation processes with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Analyze project metrics and continuously improve implementation processes
• Create and present regular status reports to senior management
• Ensure adherence to budget constraints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in implementation management
• Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
