Overview

We are looking for a General Counsel to lead our Legal function at Super.com, providing strategic legal advice across various business matters in a fast-growing Travel and Fintech company.

In Short

• Serve as a key member of Super.com’s Leadership Team providing legal advice.
• Build the internal legal function to support organizational growth.
• Manage, draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Improve legal processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing counsel on legal matters.
• Manage relationships with outside counsels.
• Prepare training and presentations on legal matters.
• Mentor and manage legal teams.
• Engage in a variety of legal tasks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal practice with law firm and in-house experience.
• J.D. from an accredited institution, admitted in California or New York.
• Experience in technology and start-up environments.
• Proven team leadership in high-growth settings.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Valid membership in a state bar.
