Senior Renewal Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Renewal Specialist will play an integral role in the success of Myriad360’s rapidly growing renewals business, focusing on increasing renewal opportunities through effective strategies and processes.

In Short

• Accountable for managing a portfolio of renewal contracts.
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts.
• Develop outstanding partner relations with manufacturers.
• Work with sales and channel operations to generate timely quotes.
• Maximize eligibility for manufacturer renewal incentives.
• Educate internal stakeholders on relevant renewal opportunities.
• Assist clients with quote/support inquiries via phone and email.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training.
• Identify and escalate security risks as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly accountable and adept at managing ambiguity.
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers.
• General sales and business acumen preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Experience with manufacturer programs and processes preferred.
