Overview

The Senior Manager, Legal Operations is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements are executed efficiently while balancing risk and business needs.

In Short

• Own the contract lifecycle from intake to execution.
• Negotiate terms and manage the end-to-end contract process.
• Review and draft various agreements including NDAs and MSAs.
• Serve as the primary contact for negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve terms.
• Identify and escalate legal issues as necessary.
• Support continuous improvement of contracting workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management required.
• Strong negotiation and redlining skills needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred.

• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills.
• Strong understanding of legal terms and risk management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification a plus.
