Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Legal Operations Manager to lead and enhance our legal operations function at Welltech, a global leader in the Health & Fitness industry.

In Short

• Develop and oversee legal processes to improve efficiency within the legal department.
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting and negotiating.
• Identify and deploy legal technology solutions to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
• Create and maintain internal policies for legal compliance.
• Create and manage SLAs, resource pages, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field; JD preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in legal operations, preferably in tech.
• Proven track record of implementing legal processes.
• Experience with legal technology tools, including AI tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
