Field Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the Western region of the United States. This role will be pivotal in establishing and growing our brand presence, driving client engagement, and supporting sales efforts throughout TOLA, West Coast/PAC NW and Mountain regions.

In Short

• Lead and manage field marketing programs across the Western region.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams for successful outreach.
• Oversee logistics for events and sponsorships.
• Track and report on event metrics and ROI.
• Maintain the national Field Marketing calendar.
• Manage budgets and vendor invoicing accurately.
• Work with Digital Marketing to ensure brand alignment.
• Identify workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Travel required up to 50% across the Western Region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Event Marketing.
• Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of event logistics and budget tracking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative ability to work closely with sales and partners.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Trello, and HubSpot is a plus.
