In Short

  • Responsible for reducing churn and improving customer health.
  • Analyze customer health signals and collaborate across teams.
  • Manage a sub $100k book of business.
  • Use data-driven insights and automated interventions.
  • Engage with at-risk customers to understand their challenges.
  • Monitor intervention effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Work within the Renewals team of the Customer Success organization.
  • Combine customer strategy, technical acumen, and automation.
  • Focus on delivering high impact customer engagements.
  • Drive renewal success for the Velocity Segment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success within a SaaS organization.
  • Experience managing a large customer portfolio.
  • Strong analytics skills, Gainsight & Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Collaboration mindset, both internally and externally.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn about the product.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a positive attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
