Overview

As Customer Success Renewal Specialist, you will support the Customer Success Organization in driving a high volume portfolio of customer renewals proactively and at scale, resolving issues creatively while providing a world-class renewal experience.

In Short

  • Prepare and deliver high-volume renewals.
  • Negotiate renewals with customers.
  • Align customer needs with renewal quotes.
  • Ensure timely closure of renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers.
  • Maintain data quality in CRM tools.
  • Proactively identify and resolve renewal issues.
  • Manage assigned accounts efficiently.
  • Handle internal queries related to renewals.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Strong urgency in completing tasks.
  • Negotiation skills preferred.
  • Problem analysis and solution development experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Strong command of English (C1+).
