Overview

As an Azeus Convene Customer Success Specialist, you will be the dedicated Account Manager for your assigned customers, overseeing their entire journey and serving as the initial point for escalation.

In Short

  • Be the dedicated Account Manager for assigned customers.
  • Oversee customer journey and serve as the initial escalation point.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Ensure customers utilize Convene during post-sales implementation.
  • Responsible for onboarding and growth of allocated accounts.
  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize value from Convene.
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success in Europe.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and retention.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
