Overview

The Customer Success Specialist at Fullsteam will support users of a cloud-based platform, helping them to grow their businesses by providing excellent customer service and technical support.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries through HubSpot support tickets and live chat.
  • Create and maintain help articles to improve the knowledge base.
  • Educate customers on platform features and best practices.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for the development team.
  • Collaborate with developers to communicate changes to customers.
  • Provide feedback to improve the platform’s UI and usability.
  • Join video calls with customers for personalized support.
  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Be a product expert and trusted advisor to clients.
  • Help clients get the most out of the platform.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a SaaS company.
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Technical aptitude or coding experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Calm under pressure and professional with difficult customers.
  • Comfortable with a wide range of users.
