Overview

A proactive Customer Success Specialist / Renewal Specialist to drive customer retention and ensure seamless renewals.

In Short

  • Manage renewal cycles and engage with customers.
  • Conduct renewal discussions and prepare renewal quotes.
  • Identify at-risk renewals and develop retention strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Regularly check-in with customers to assess satisfaction.
  • Willing to work US Shift from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the SaaS industry.

Requirements

  • BE/BTech or BCS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in Customer Success or renewals role.
  • Proven track record in customer success or account management.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends.
