The Customer Success Specialist focuses on conducting introductory calls with potential patients and some provider outreach, ensuring exceptional service and support for individuals seeking healthcare solutions.

In Short

  • Fully remote position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility.
  • Full-time, Independent Contractor role.
  • 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST.
  • Make 10-12 daily calls primarily via video.
  • Respond to incoming patient inquiries professionally.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to patient concerns.
  • Maintain a 65% conversion rate from intro call to appointment.
  • Participate in a 2-week training program.
  • Continuous coaching focused on skill-building.
  • Launch outreach campaigns and shadow senior sales calls.

Requirements

  • Background in customer service.
  • Some sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare services is a plus.
