Overview

The Customer Success Specialist will act as a professional representative of Cala Health to users of their products and services, ensuring maximum value for customers.

In Short

Establish and maintain superior relationships with patients.
Interact effectively with potential patients and clinicians.
Provide product support to customers.
Responsible for accurate documentation of interactions.
Provide product training to patients and study participants.
Act as a subject matter expert for internal customers.
Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Support new business models.
Work closely with marketing and product development.
Support Territory Managers as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
3+ years of medical device or healthcare experience.
Outstanding customer focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Proven problem-solving skills.
