Renewal Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Renewal Specialist is responsible for renewing a complex and diverse portfolio of maintenance, subscription and SaaS renewals for an assigned territory. This position works directly with Ping sales teams, resellers and customers, requiring a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

In Short

• Manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio for assigned territory
• Maximize renewal value and ensure on-time renewals
• Work closely with sales to drive growth during the renewal cycle
• Build/send complex quotes and proposals for customers
• Track quotes, phone calls and emails in Salesforce.com
• Handle complex customer objections and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide accurate forecasts of renewals pipeline
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
• Contribute to special projects and promotions

Requirements

• Renewals sales experience with a software company
• Proven time management skills
• Effective communication with C-Level contacts
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
