Overview

As a Renewal Specialist focused on Named Enterprise customers, you will be responsible for the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring contracts are closed on time and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Lead and conduct the renewal process for enterprise customers.
  • Proactively find opportunities for customer growth during renewal cycles.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop renewal strategies.
  • Manage a rolling 120-day renewal forecast.
  • Leverage sales tools like Salesforce and Clari for data management.
  • Use prospecting tools like ZoomInfo for market intelligence.
  • Build strong customer relationships through strategic conversations.
  • Work within a team-oriented sales pod for overall success.
  • Meet or exceed renewal goals consistently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in renewal or retention roles in software/SaaS.
  • Experience with private commercial and enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, and ZoomInfo.
  • Track record of meeting renewal and revenue retention plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle customer objections.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and craft solutions.
  • Proven success in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and changes.
