Renewal Specialist - Remote

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join Camunda as a Renewals Specialist, supporting the inception of the renewals organization and driving customer retention and revenue growth.

In Short

• Support the design and implementation of playbooks and establish key processes.
• Proactively manage the entire renewal process, from outreach to contract execution.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and lead renewal negotiations.
• Identify potential renewal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop accurate renewal forecasts and provide performance reports.
• Review and manage customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of renewals, account management, or sales operations experience (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate successful renewals.
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
