The General Counsel will lead and scale Morpho’s Legal & Public Affairs organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enhancing the company’s credibility with partners and regulators.

Requirements

• 15+ years of legal experience, including in-house leadership.
• Experience negotiating major partnerships, especially in US institutional contexts.
• Ability to represent the company with Tier-1 partners and regulators.
• Experience in both Legal and Public Affairs strategy.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams through growth phases.
• Startup-compatible tools and agility.
