• Oversee all legal, regulatory, and public policy matters impacting the business.
• Serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and board of directors.
• Negotiate legal agreements with business partners.
• Manage the overall legal, regulatory, and public policy functions.
• Provide business-oriented legal solutions and risk mitigation.
• Maintain corporate interactions with regulators.
• Manage operations and budget for legal services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in payments or technology.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain is desirable.
• Ability to assess complex contractual and regulatory issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
• Highest integrity and ethical standards.
