Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst will be the expert on compliance processes for individuals and businesses in India, ensuring adherence to regulations and monitoring for fraud and compliance risks.

In Short

• Monitor KYC/KYB/sanctions queues for exceptions and work cases to conclusion.
• Perform transaction monitoring to identify AML and/or fraud issues for analysis.
• Contribute to development of analytics methodologies and repeatable modeling and monitoring strategies.
• Apply strategic and analytic thinking to essential tasks.
• Analyze and develop actionable intelligence on compliance risks and mitigation actions.
• Support cross-functional teams in assessing and implementing mitigation strategies for risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in KYC/KYB/EDD.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud monitoring and detection.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations (FFIEC, GDPR, LGPD, FinCEN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and in a team environment.
• Ability to research and apply new regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
