Overview

As a Compliance Analyst, you will perform internal control audits to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, supporting the Compliance program effectively.

• Perform internal control audits for service lines.
• Support the Compliance program based on COSO standards.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly testing related to business process controls.
• Manage multiple audits simultaneously.
• Maintain documentation of audit activities.
• Identify and report potential exceptions.
• Provide updates to compliance management on audit results.
• Work under limited supervision.
• Participate in discussions regarding testing results.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance or auditing.
• Knowledge of SOC1 controls.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

• Familiarity with internal control frameworks.
• Relevant degree or certification in finance or auditing.
