Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst assists in the implementation of Prime’s Regulatory Change Management programs and partners with key internal stakeholders to monitor compliance aspects.

In Short

• Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance.
• Develop solutions to complex compliance problems.
• Support and lead project management efforts of Compliance initiatives.
• Represent the Compliance Department on various projects.
• Facilitate the development and delivery of compliance training.
• Maintain systems for data consolidation and reliability.
• Research regulatory issues impacting compliance programs.
• Compile internal reports and respond to information requests.
• Manage licensing IT applications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related area.
• 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or project coordination roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills.
• Thorough understanding of compliance program principles.
• Ability to present complex information effectively.
• Enhanced organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferred.
• Certification in compliance is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
