Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst will assist in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS) while focusing on the bank’s lending, deposit, and operational activities, as well as with the Bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) fintech partner programs.

In Short

• Work with Compliance Program Manager and Senior Compliance Analysts.
• Conduct day-to-day monitoring of compliance-related activities.
• Review due diligence and ongoing program management materials.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state laws.
• Engage in meetings to oversee compliance risks and controls.
• Support issue management and audit management processes.
• Assist in reviewing partner marketing for regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships across the enterprise for compliance objectives.
• Prepare for regulatory agency exams and audits.
• Demonstrate interest in Fintech products.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ banking compliance experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
