Requirements

  • IT literacy with knowledge of telephony and MS Office.
  • Experience in high-quality customer service and sales.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience engaging with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Innovative mindset for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster.
