Silvus Technologies, part of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative focused on the U.S. Department of Defense. This role involves supporting sales efforts through CRM management, quote preparation, and customer engagement.

In Short

• Support sales team with CRM data management and quote preparation.
• Conduct research on DoD opportunities and market developments.
• Assist Sales Directors with correspondence and scheduling.
• Participate in product demos and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration and Engineering teams.
• Monitor contract portals for leads.
• Prepare briefing materials for internal use.
• Engage in tradeshow preparation and logistics.
• Pursue ongoing education on industry terminology and processes.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to federal contract requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience.
• Organized and communicative, eager to learn.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with defense or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems.
