The Video Systems Manager is responsible for managing customer contracts and relationships for video solutions, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and providing technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer account management or support.
• Understanding of video solutions and Motorola products.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of contract management and service delivery.
• Ability to achieve contract renewal and growth goals.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft business software.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with sales skills.
• Ability to learn and present service products effectively.
• Background clearance eligibility as required.
• High School diploma or higher in relevant fields.
