Field Service Engineer - US Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will install and support WatchGuard Video applications and work closely with management to prioritize business goals while ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

• Install and support WatchGuard Video applications.
• Evaluate system specifications for business requirements.

• Travel up to 75% within the Eastern Region.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience in a Field Service environment preferred.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Pass a stringent fingerprint background check.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience in LMR, RF Systems, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to implement processes effectively.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Background clearance as required by government customers.
